Hunt for the Rosner Pumpkin

This morning, after breakfast, we packed up and headed south.....to Clanton, AL.....where the Grand Ole Pumpkin Patch is located.  The weather was perfectly fall!  Blue skies, cool temperatures, and a slight breeze made for a perfect morning.

The wagon ride to the pumpkin patch was a big first for Ben.  His blue eyes were taking it all in.

When we arrived at the patch, we picked our row and off we went.  It was up to Ben to find our pumpkin......the perfect pumpkin.  He walked up and down the row.....with a little help from us .....and there sat the Rosner pumpkin.

Back at the barn, there were displays of all kinds of pumpkins.  From Cooking pumpkins to Warty pumpkins to White pumpkins to Cinderella pumpkins.  All were very entertaining to Ben.

The Rosner pumpkin has found its new home at our home.  What a fun Saturday!!
