This week we start the celebration of 2 holidays. On Tuesday, December 20th, we will celebrate the beginning of Hanukkah. Then, on Sunday, December 25th, we will celebrate Christmas! For those who do not know, Marc's family is Jewish. Which means he is a direct descendent from our Savior Jesus Christ! So, in our family, we are blessed to be able to celebrate both holidays. Jesus was born into a Jewish family and because of him, we all have been given this amazing grace of salvation.
This weekend, we bought Ben 2 books. As we begin to teach Ben who he is and where he came from, we want him to know his roots. Because of Marc, he is now a direct descendent of Jesus as well. And because of both of us, he will be taught Who is Savior is and all that He did....all beginning on December 25th!
So, from our family to yours....
Merry Christmukkah!!
