We didn't really start any of the potty training until about 2 mths ago.  I got him a Thomas the Train potty seat.  I got him a cool wrap around potty stool.  Yet, he wouldn't even look at the potty.....except to maybe throw something in it.

Well, last Tuesday, he agreed to "go try".  Low and behold, he stood on the stool and went!  Prize to follow was a flute.  After that, Wednesday, Thurs, Fri, Saturday....nothing!  No interest at all!  Then, tonight, he really wanted to try.....and try.....and try.  After 10 min of running around diaper less, he went!  Prize to follow was a little squishy hedgehog.

Small steps towards potty trained....but we'll take it!
