Our Happy Halloween

Halloween has always been about buying way to much candy (yes, in hopes of having leftovers), dressing up and possibly a haunted house.  Well, this year, the costume that was purchased was tiny, there was no haunted house, but there was lots of candy!

Ben was a waddling penguin.....and the costume could not have been more appropriate.  As soon as he was up on his feet, he was in perfect character.  The waddling was just perfect!!

We spent the night answering the door with a bowl full of candy and a very curious "almost" 1 year old.  The kiddos on the other side of the door fascinated Ben.  "Who are all of the strange people?"  Tall/short, standing/in wagons, fuzzy/masked.  By the end of the night, he could beat us to the door when the doorbell rang.

Halloween has never been so much fun!!
