A Kangaroo Thanksgiving

Ben's class, the Kangaroos, had their Thanksgiving Party today.  Since Ben only goes on Tues and Thursdays, we loaded up and  headed to see his friends and his sweet teachers.

Ben in his turkey longall, Abby in her turkey dress, we meet my mom up at Mountain Top.  Camera, diaper bag, and Sister Schubert rolls in tow.....we are ready!

It may just be the cutest thing ever.  8 toddlers in their Turkey shirts, outfits and dresses running around playing.  When it is time for lunch, their handmade placemats are put down, and they are sat "in" the table.  Chicken nuggets, cheesepuffs, fruit, a roll, and a juice box are the feast!  Some kids dive in at full speed, some drink their juice, but Ben just watches.  He is the last one to start eating and then the last one to finish.  Ben takes his time and eats.  ADORABLE!!  Playtime resumes and cookies are then passed out.  More play and more juice and we are ready to go.

A classroom full of happy toddler Kangaroos, proud parents/grandparents, and wonderful teachers.....now that's a BIG reason to be Thankful!!!

Happy Thanksgiving EVE!
